About Robert Cordery
Robert Cordery, Pitney Bowes Fellow, is a member of the Strategic Technology & Innovation Center team at Pitney Bowes. Bob has played a key role in the evolution of cryptographically secured postage evidencing.
His research interests include applications of cryptography, formal methods analysis of cryptographic protocols, bar code readability grading, authentication of printed images, and modeling ink-paper interactions. Bob holds the distinction as the company's most prolific inventor with over 144 patents in a wide range of areas of interest to Pitney Bowes. He holds a Ph.D. in theoretical statistical physics from the University of Toronto.
